Who we are

MULTIPLY is a South African Kingdom business initiative. For anything related to your personal information, contact us at kingdom.multiply@outlook.com.

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to submit through the forms on this site: your name, contact details (email and phone), and the details of your enquiry — such as your company information for sponsorship, your background and workshop proposal for a facilitator application, or what you would like to offer through our giving page.

Why we collect it

We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and take it forward — answering your questions, processing your application, arranging your sponsorship, or matching and acknowledging your gift. We do not use your details for anything you haven't asked for.

How your information is handled

Form submissions are delivered by email to our team inbox. We use Resend (our email delivery provider) to send these emails, and our website is hosted by a hosting provider — these service providers process data only to deliver those services. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose you submitted it — for example, for the duration of arranging an event, sponsorship or gift, and reasonable record-keeping afterwards. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights under POPIA

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email us and we will act on your request. If you believe your information has been mishandled, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page. This notice is effective from August 2026.
